- Added silent online renewal support for floating licenses.
ITVDesk can now automatically apply a renewed server-side floating license at startup or when the current license expires, without interrupting normal operation.

If a renewed license is available, ITVDesk continues running automatically. If no renewal is available, licensed features are locked as expected while the application remains open for activation.
- Improved camera configuration protection during license expiration and reactivation.
ONVIF/IP camera settings are preserved when services are stopped because of an expired license.
- Improved stability when reactivating a license while ONVIF/RTSP services or VMS/NVR clients are active.
- Improved Standard Mode startup reliability after reinstall, reboot, or stale broker service state.

Fixes:
- Fixed an issue where some external SRT H.264 and H.265 streams could appear corrupted, blurred, black, or stretched.
- Fixed startup behavior in Standard Mode so ITVDesk stays in normal UI runtime and does not accidentally switch to agent/service role.
- Fixed duplicate-launch behavior so "The ITVDesk application is already running" appears immediately.
