- Added Standard Mode safety handling for stale broker service state after reinstall/reboot to reduce unintended role conflicts.
- Fixed Server Mode -> Standard Mode switch to run broker cleanup with stop-demand (stop service + set manual start), ensuring stable classic startup behavior after mode change.
