We've noticed that some only Windows 10 sp1 users are experiencing a mouse flickering issue (only desktop stream) in our ITVDesk application on Windows.
This issue is caused by a Windows bug, as our application uses the Windows API to retrieve the mouse position. If you disable Windows Real-Time Protection, the mouse flickering issue stops. Here are the steps to disable Windows Real-Time Protection:
- Open Settings on your computer.
- Go to Update & Security.
- Select Windows Security from the left menu.
- Click on Virus & threat protection.
- Click on Manage settings under Virus & threat protection settings.
- Turn off Real-time protection.
Note: We recommend doing this only temporarily and turning Real-Time Protection. Make update windows on last version for fix this! Thank you.
