Offline Trial Activation through Customer Portal
For ITVDesk computers without Internet access or operating in protected or isolated networks, you can generate a 7-day offline trial license through the ITVDesk Customer Portal.
- Open ITVDesk on the offline computer and select Export request.
- Save the generated .req request file.
- On an Internet-connected computer, sign in to the Customer Portal, open My Trial Licenses, and upload the request file.
- Generate and download the .lic trial license file.
- Transfer the license file to the offline computer and select Import License in ITVDesk.
The generated trial license can be used only on the computer from which the request file was exported.
Each computer can receive only one trial license, whether activated online or through the Customer Portal.
